Hi Anne, Yes, I found his website and sent off an email. Wouldn't it be great if he was part of our HALLs? But the more I looked at the record for Andrew Robert HALL, the more it looked like he wasn't. Still you never know :-) It's odd that he would certify it as a true copy, isn't it?
