Hi Phyllis, You may already have this ? but in case not .... There is a James HAYMAN listed in the 1837 muster who arrived per 'Prince George' in 1837, aged 33, with the remark "In Hospital". That particular James HAYMAN received a TOL in 1842, and a COF in 1843, as shown on the SR site. If you get a copy of his Indent, and perhaps a copy of his TOL & COF, it may give you some more leads. Depends on "what" info you are looking for, before or after arrival ? At the time two of their children were baptised, (George in 1849 and Jane in 1850), James was a farmer living at Baulkham Hills. All the best, Diane ----- Original Message ----- From: <phyllisf@ozemail.com.au> Subject: [H,H,HV] HAYMAN > I am Trying to find information on James Hayman who came to > Australia as a convict in 1837 > James married Ellen Sullivan in Castle Hill or Dural in 1848 > Both are buried in Pitt Town cemetery > They had 5 children all in the Baulkham hills area > but at some time moved to the Windsor area > Wondering if anyone has any information on this family > Regards Phyllis
