R. HILL, Francis MITCHELL, Esq. of Sydney, to Miss Eliza MERRITT, daughter of Mr. MERRITT, of the same place. * Died - At Portland Head, on the 13th instant, Mr. James DAVISON, an old and respected settler. Published May, 1831 : * Married - On the 29th April, at Windsor, by Special Licence, by the Rev. J. M'GARVIE, Alexander M'DOUGALL, Esq., of Maitland, to Miss Mary Jane FITZ, daughter of Mr. Robert FITZ, of Windsor. * Same day, at Wilberforce, by the Rev. J. M'GARVIE, Mr. Joseph FLEMING, to Miss Phoebe M'GUINESS, both natives of the Colony. Published June, 1831 : * Married - at Lower Pitt Town, on Tuesday the 17th ultimo, by the Rev. John McGARVIE, Mr. Joel John GRONO, to Miss Mary Anne HARRISON, both of that place. Published July, 1831 : * Death - In January last, at Plymouth, England, Richard BEDDECK, Esq. (father of Mr. BEDDECK, Solicitor, Windsor), deeply regretted by his family and a numerous circle of friends. He for many years filled the situation of Agent of the Royal Navy Hospital at Plymouth, and died respected and beloved by all who knew him. * Birth Extraordinary - On Friday, the 8th instant, at Windsor, Mary MEEHAN, the wife of James MEEHAN (a very poor man), of three sons, and all doing well. * Deaths - At Windsor, on the 10th, Luke, and on the 15th, Mark, infant sons of James MEEHAN, of that place. Published August, 1831 : * Births - At Lower Portland Head, on the 3rd instant, the Lady of Percy SIMPSON, Esq., of a son. * Married - At St. Matthews Church, Windsor, on the 3rd instant, by the Venerable the Archdeacon of New South Wales, Mary Ann FENNELL, fourth daughter of Archibald BELL, Esq., of Belmont, to Francis LITTLE, Esq. of Invermein, in the County of Brisbane. * Death - At Lower Wilberforce, on the 4th instant, Mr. John STUBBS, an old and respected settler, deeply regretted by a numerous circle of relations and acquaintances. * Death - on Monday last, at Hunter's River, Mr. John LAMBE, a very old and respectable settler in the Colony. Published September, 1831 : * Marriages - On Tuesday, the 30th ult., at Christ Church, Newcastle, by the Rev. C.P.N. WILTON, M.A.; Frederick Wright UNWIN, Esq., to Ann KING, youngest daughter of the late John PLAISTOWE, Esq., of Parliament-street, Westminster. * Deaths - On the 19th April last, in the Albany, London, John M'ARTHUR, Esq., of Lincoln's Inn, second son of John M'ARTHUR, Esq., of Parramatta. Published October, 1831 : * Deaths - At Luskintyre, one of the estates of T.W.M. WINDER Esq. on the 6th instant, Francis WILLIAMS, Esq., aged 51 years, after a lingering and painful illness, which he bore with his usual exemplary fortitude, sincerely and deeply regretted by all who knew his many amiable and other excellent qualities. Published January, 1832 : * Deaths - On the 28th ultimo, at Langley Farm, after a short but severe illness, Mr. Matthew PEARCE, of the Seven Hills, aged 69 years, leaving a widow and numerous family to mourn his loss. Mr. PEARCE emigrated from Kings Langley, County of Hertford, and arrived in New South Wales, in the 'Surprise', 1794.
