I can find William Bennett, arrived "Speke" 1826, Pardon No 47/406, Date of Pardon 30 Jul 1847, Item No 4/4451, Reel 783, Page 211-312, online in "Index to Convict Pardons", State Records of NSW. I cannot find William Lingard. You might like to search the various NSW State Records indexes on www.records.nsw.gov.au. Convict Ships to Australia NSW 1801 - 1849 shows the "Speke" 2 arriving in 1826. On this site, some of the ships are linked to information on one or more of the convicts who arrived on that voyage, but unfortunately 'Speke" 2 is not linked.
