Hi Julia, Could have been the 4th Regiment (Kings Own)........if you put in Google "4th Regiment Kings Own Malta" you will find some info on this Regiment. I know they were in Aust during this period, as one ship, Jupiter, was transporting convicts to Tasmania and Norfolk. Thanks so much Colleen, that's a great start. I have studied this for some time and it isn't always easy to work out which ones were in Malta first.
