Rosanna Beattie, (the sister of my ancestor, William Beattie) married Francis Parmeter who was a grandson of Thomas so we are distantly related but only by marriage. Best wishes Rosemary

Hi Rosemary, Maggie was descended from a Thomas, who Michelle said in her e-mail was " Thomas Randall b 11-6-1822 Windsor d 12-9-1904 Warkworth m 10-4-1845 West Maitland, Catherine Allen" . According to the BMDs, they had a Francis in 1849 , so it could well be the line you are interested in. He in turn could have had a son Francis. It would be worth you following it up to find out. Hi again Rosemary , I've had another look at the BMDs & Francis Parmeter married Rosemary Beattie in 1878, at Patricks Plains, so it looks a possibility.
