In the Hawkesbury Chronicle dated 18 Feb 1888 p. 6, Mr F. J. MORTLEY Mayor of Windsor Council, published a letter calling a public meeting. The public meeting was to be held at the Windsor School of Arts to arrange a Testimonal for Peter KEMP junior to honour his victory as Champion Sculler of the World. The letter was also signed by: B.
