Hello to all This is the first time on your list. My name is Diane. I am currently researching my husband (Barrie's) family on his father's side. I have been advised that on this list there could be researchers that have information on my GREENTREE line that maybe they are willing to share with us. This is some of the research I have done so far:- Barrie's Grandfather John Thomas GREENTREE was born 1874 Hawkesbury. John married Elizabeth HOE 1901 Penrith. Two children were born in NSW, Elsie GREENTREE 1901, & William GREENTREE 1903. Further children were born when the couple moved to Gisborne, New Zealand. Not sure when they came over and on what ship? John's father - William George GREENTREE, mother Elizabeth Charlotte CROSS. This is only a brief outline of what I have, and I would be extremely grateful if anyone on the list could contact me with any info they are prepared to share so I can fill in the gaps.
