Currently only about 20 of the approximate 100 NSW regional papers that are being indexed , have a volunteer available to do look ups. As an attempt to remedy this, up to 8 volunteers are being sought, preferably new to Ryerson volunteering. Might you or some friends be available to do look ups at the State Library about once a month. Requirements : ability to get to the NSW State Library                                 A library membership card – they are free to any NSW resident                                 A willingness to have a cuppa and chat with like minded people at Trim Cafe at the library                                 An aversion to formal meetings and copious minutes                                       Availability on Tuesday 4th June for a one off training session in a room at the library of 2 hours at either 9.30 or 11.30 for a maximum of 4 people each session.
