My mother, Isabella Robley, was born on 11 April, 1913 at MacPherson's Estate, Wyong. Can anyone tell me exactly where this estate was/is? She was a daughter of George Andrew Robley (1890 - 1951) and Doris Tucker (1889 - 1967). They had a farm outside Wyong; I remember going there as a youngster in the 1950s. Would anyone know if the Robley farm was part of MacPherson's Estate, or am I looking at two separate places? Would a contemporary map of Wyong and environs be available? I seem to remember that (in the 1960s?) the Robley farm was compulsorily acquired for a dam/water storage. An even fainter recollection is that, in the end, the farm did not go under water.
