Dear John Ross, Yes, you were right about that case involving the man Knight and your John Robley. I daresay it would have gone to a Sydney court from Brisbane Water thereon. In a similar case I tried to trace something through the Quarter Sessions (at which the action was to have been heard) and details from which were published in the SMH, but had no luck for some reason. Couldn't find the outcome although I searched through weeks of the paper's issues. Best wishes, Gwen
