Col I wonder if I could push my luck and ask you if the ships lists of 1839 1840 you have contain the family MEARS. The father, Frederick William Mears came out first , circa 1839, followed by his wife Sarah Mears ( nee Johnson) and three, four children a few (?) months later. I can't find their arrival, but know that that time frame is when they did arrive. Many thanks for your offer Regards PatW.
Sorry Pat,no entries for Mears or Sarah Johnson Regards, Col Dundon In Sydney. If Paul Revere had fallen off his horse we wouldn't have to compete with the American Dollar!!! Researching: Brady, Colman, Corrigan, Dundon, Mackie, Naysmith,Schweikert, Scott, Smedley, Thornton. www.geocities.com/oppy_au ----- Original Message ----- From: Patricia Wilder <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, November 17, 2000 8:13 PM Subject: Re: Passenger Lists Port Phillip > Col > I wonder if I could push my luck and ask you if the ships lists of 1839 1840 > you have contain the family MEARS.
