Hi everybody On the central coast I'm researching the families of Edward Davis (and the Pipers but that isn't all that exciting, its all been done). My brick wall is quite a sad one just at present. My great grandfather Edward (2) had 4 children - Ednie Manning, Leith, Daisy and Eric (a fifth died in childhood). Daisy Davis married William T Howard in 1920 at Newtown. The family lore was that she settled in Melbourne and had a family. Her children are my father's cousins - I would really like to find them. The brick walls are: (a) apparently this William T Howard is NOT part of the central coast Howard family (b) Aunty Leith, who died 15-20 years ago, kept in touch with Daisy. I got in touch with my cousin, Aunty Leith's daughter three weeks ago and she was going to look through her papers to find Daisy's married name and any clues. Unfortunately my cousin died two weeks later. I have to wait a decent interval to hassle her sons now! So that's my brick wall for now Leith Davis -----Original Message----- From: Marg Morters [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Sunday, 5 November 2000 21:16 To: [email protected] Subject: Re: Introduction to help solve ' brick walls' Greetings Central Coast family researchers My name is Marg Morters I am your List Administrator.
