Hi Rhonda, Welcome to the WHITICKER family. My husband's family-the Whitickers-,loaded with convicts (half their luck),were very strong in the Gundagai area.(research not done by me). George WHITICKER (9.10.1866 to 9.2.1922) married on the 17th April 1889 Emily FULLER-the third child of John and Sophia FULLER,nee Wright-witnesses Esther Whiticker (groom's brother) and John Fuller (bride's brother). Emily died 27 May 1898 and George remarried Eva ARANTZ from whom my husband descends. Jane WHITICKER (17.1.1859 to 9.8.1949) married on 17th Jan 1881 Irvine CRAIN (8.3.1852 to 6.8.1927) the fourth child of Thomas and Matilda CRAIN nee Lindsey who had arrived on the "Lobelia" in 1863.Irvine and Jane took up the Mt.Adrah Hotel.
