Just for reference, from the Union List of Newspapers in Australian Libraries (1975 edn) the newspapers at Young were: Burrangong Argus 1864-1913 Burrangong Courier and Lambing Flat General Advertiser May-Nov 1862 Miner and General Advertiser 1861-1862 South West News Pictorial 1864 + (Took over Burranong Argus and Young Chronicle) (also under other names such as Young Witness) Young Chronicle 1874-1947 Cheers Linda
