Hello Michael I posted an obit some time ago for a Mr Alfred Chant, a pioneer of, and who passed away at Condobolin, [paper dated 10 Sep 1937] I don't know who his parents were, his brothers were Richard dec'd 1931, William, Henry, Sydney, Arthur, sisters Mrs James Broadribb, Mrs JH Wilson, and Miss M Chant. If one of yours, I can see if I can find it and forward on. There is a dam called Chaffey Dam at a place called Goonoo Goonoo which is about 20k south of Tamworth. Dont know if this is any help regards...Max Munro
