Hi Pam, I couldn't see a listing for Adrian GALLAGHER on the online indexes at Rookwood Catholic, Anglican, or Independent Cemeteries, or at Eastern Suburbs Cemetery or Crematorium. There's no death/burial notice for him in the Sydney Morning Herald, and nothing on the Ryerson Index.
