    3. Hello listers I have a parish burial record [Burials in the Parish of St John's Parramatta in the County of Cumberland] of a John Smith who died 1871 aged 71, whom I think may be our missing John Smith, b 1800 in Essex, transported in 1820, married at St John's Parramatta in 1827. The place of death was the Govt. Benevolent Asylum and most of the burials on this page of the parish records were inmates of the GB Asylum. Can anyone help with where I can access these records please or any thoughts on where I may be able to find further information on John Smith's death. His wife Ann died at Prospect in 1843 and is buried in St John's cemetery although there is no headstone. Thank you for any advice. Cheers Joan
