I sent off my request today before reading the list but thanks to Robyn I left off my full details so I will now go in with an id number & leave my details. I look forward to a reply. Unfortunately these early records do not appear to have survived - I have the email of a relative who was collecting information on burials by Thomas Dixon with the goal of putting the information into a database.
