Listers Is someone able to tell me how to check if someone left a will when they died in NSW in 2008. I am trying to find this for a lady in NZ who is helping someone in England. I have used NSW State Archives at Kingswood for deaths much earlier than 2008 but don't how best to locate later wills. The death was indexed in Ryerson but no probate notice has been indexed. Hello David, You could try making some enquiries of the NSW Trustee and Guardian - 1300 364103 which I understand is similar to the Public Trustee in Queensland. They may be able to point you in the right direction even if there was no connection with the public system.
