    3. Hi Carole, Manually produce your index in Word and then import it into Publisher. I have produced four books by writing them in Word and then importing into QuarkXpress (my typesetting program) because I wanted control over the layout, setup and picture placements. I saved the completed book to a CD and gave that to the printer. But, as Michael says, printers have no issues with accepting Word as your source. Not too sure about them accepting a Publisher document. Indexing Hi Carole, This is one of the reasons that I used Word for my books. It's referencing and indexing is powerful (once you get the hang of it) and printers are happy to take Word documents as source. Indexing Hello All, I've written a book in the above. Is there an easy way to index the book ??? Do you have to set up indexing before you write. Any help would be great , thanks Carole ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to AUS-NSW-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to AUS-NSW-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message
