    3. Hi Everyone, After you great help with my last query I am hoping that you can help me once again. I am looking for the names of cemateries in the Newcastle and Wickham areas.Also are they searchable on line? Whereabouts is Lambton? is it in the Newcastle area?     3. Hi Liz and list Please please please when posting tell us the time period in which you are interested. Newcastle is now the largest city in the Hunter Valley but before WW1 it was a port, road and rail centre serving the Hunter Valley, one of several HV towns. Wickham is Newcastle's west end. Lambton was a colliery which became residential area. Both are part of Newcastle City Council area. If you have a death in Newcastle, then the burial may be in any of many cemeteries or a cremation at one of a number of crematoria; see: http://www.huntervalleygenealogy.com/cemeteries/allcems.php That page will show you that not all are searchable online but explains how you can lookup.
