Hi Margaret, Yes, thats an interesting possibility. I was thinking about seeing whether i could track down which masons might have been operating at the time, and then check the local historical society for possible records. The gt gt grandmother was Ann Denniss nee Hearn, (d 1908, aged 80) and her daughter was Sarah Ann ( married Matthew Fitzpatrick). The headstone reads 'Sarah Ann Denniss, dpd this life 12 March 1908, Aged 80 yrs" followed by "Sarah Ann Fitzpatrick...dpd this life 3 Oct 1911, Aged 38yrs" and finally "Muriel Denniss, Fell asleep 28 Feb 1920, aged 2 yrs" I thought perhaps an error of the family but perhaps it could even have been the mason.. bit like a whodunnit really. :) Cheers Sue
