    3. Hi Christine You've given Ethel CROMBIE's birth as February 1884, but she doesn't appear in the NSW birth indexes. Do you know where she was born, or parents' names? George YOUNG's d/c may not have given her name as his spouse if they were separated/divorced - just a thought. There are a lot of marriages in the NSW marriage indexes for Ethel YOUNG if she remarried, so you may be looking for the wrong person's death. Or it may simply have been left blank if the information was provided by someone who didn't know the full details, such as hospital staff. Putting their names into the death indexes as parents doesn't throw up any names of children up until 1978, but if they married in 1914 any children may have died after that date. At Rookwood Catholic Cemetery there is a burial for Ethel Elizabeth YOUNG, died aged 98 years, buried 7 July 1983, Section M2*5*150, which tallies approximately with Ethel's year of birth.
