    3. Hi Trish The Gaol records will not include the trial records. These will be Supreme Court records. Depositions (ie record of evidence taken) http://investigator.records.nsw.gov.au/Entity.aspx?Path=\Series\845 The depositions 1841-1931 have been sorted into Sydney (by month) and country (alphabetical by place) for each year. Few papers survive for 1841-1920. Regards Ia Jordan
