    3. Many thanks Ron. Horrible name to research, isn't it? I have already written to the Crookwell FHA, thinking that was the only one down there. They had nothing at all. So thanks for the tip, will try Blayney and Carcoar. My Hamptons and Barnetts are from the areas around Crookwell/ Goulburn, Tuena and such. Don't fry there, today. It's a breezy cool 30 here today.     3. How right you are Gloria. My first research into this family was for a William John Smith. Can you imagine how many there are?     3. A bit off List, Ron, but I know every Lister is hoping and wishing the same. That is ,that your area remains bushfire free. My grandson lives in Canberra, (born here) and loves the climate.
