    3. Hi all I was wondering if anyone has come across a St Pauls Anglican Church in Redfern... I am trying to track down a family tablet that was dedicated in 1887 to my gt gt grandparents. I have sent an email to the archives dept of the Anglican Church diocese, but i thought that there just may be someone who lives in the area, and knows of the whereabouts of the church, or someone who could direct me to a website or records that may have church history in the Redfern area. Many thanks, Sue

    3. Hi Sue, I couldn't find it in the White Pages or on the Anglican Church website, but did find mention of St Paul's in Redfern having been sold to the Greek Orthodox Church in 1969 - http://www.stlukesliverpool.org.au/history/ http://www.sds.asn.au/site/102720.asp?ph=cp A google search turns up a book at the National Library "St Paul's Church Redern, Souvenir, Diamond Jubilee 1855-1915"; perhaps Ask A Librarian may be of help? http://catalogue.nla.gov.au/Record/3034554 http://reftracker.nla.gov.au/reft100.aspx?key=Enquiry&qnudftb17=http%3A%2F%2Fcatalogue.nla.gov.au%2FRecord%2F3034554 Photos of the church at NSW State Library - http://acms.sl.nsw.gov.au/search/simpleSearch.aspx?authority=place&ID=145389 The Anglican Church archives may be your best bet for finding out what happened to the dedication.
