Hi Sue Going by the Electoral Rolls Adrian Douglas Batten was married to Audrey Robina Dora Adams, in 1934 at Randwick, NSW They lived at 93 Adelaide Pre, Woollahra, NSW and 11 Wimbledon Ave, Narrabeen, NSW Also Wilfred Mount Batten, was in WW1 , was a Law Clerk his father William W Batten lived in "Glenledi" Balfour Rd Rose Bay. You can look his record up on National Archives. Yes i had all information what Margaret Roy had put on in fact its her Im trying to help, She asked me if i could find what happened to her Gt grandad WilliamBatten she reckoned he was a seaman and lost at sea around 1876. i he was never heard of again. Its a weird family from his first wife Jane nee Watret they married Knox college Dunedin they had Mary Jane and William Watret. Batten (the family you have all helped with) Now the weird thing there is No Watret names on anything in NZ also the death of Jane Batten nee Watret I went to dunedin Library yesterday to see if they could help her death 1876 mentioned but no burial and she died Dunedin but nothing to be found. william married margaret Morris Knox church Dunedin and the they had Arthur Batten also known as Arthur Morgan Batten which Margaret Roy comes from. the only thing i really found on a William Batten was! he was murdered in Queensland in 1876. i cant find Mary Jane Batten 1875 either born to the first marriage .
