Hazel, It just means you type as you would any other email but don't go using any fancy script styles and don't add links to other sites etc. ie all of my message is considered 'plain text' Cheers Ainslie.
Hi Ainslie, Errrr no! It's an option in your email program. i.e. in MS Outlook under Options you can choose Plain Text, HTML or Rich Text. It all depends on your default settings and the format of the message you're replying to. By just typing without adding fancy script styles doesn't change an HTML email to Plain Text. Regards .......
