Does this name SUZANNE LINDEQUE nee SILK mean anything to anyone ? I am trying to trace family of Suzanne SILK born 26 Feb 1878 in Mossel Bay Cape South Africa. I was told she immigrated to Australia ?? or NSW ?? Either she married a Lindeque or was adopted by Lindeque before leaving South Africa. Suzannes father was James Silk & mother Johanna Keown. Her father disappeared & her mother could not manage to look after her because of finances. I would appreciate any help. I am doing the family tree of my husbands line.
