Hi Listers    I wonder if anyone can help me with this problem. I have Walter John LANCASHIRE, born Southwark, London, England, 1st quarter of 1928, sailed to Melbourne 1951, living at 69 Canberra Street, Randwick, NSW in January 1995, then nothing. To the best of my knowledge the current owner/occupier of 69 Canberra Street has been there since at least November 1995. Would anyone be able to suggest how I can take my research forward, in the hope of finding out what happened to Walter and whether he had a wife/children? Hi Tom I have the 2004 AUS phone numbers CD ( the last year these were published ) and Walter John was at this address then >From Findmypast migration data he was a recruit in to the RAAF . Came here on the 'Orion' No ref comes up for him in the National Archives either in RAAF or an 'all records' search which is abit odd Maybe he didnt join the RAAF after all ? Hes not at Eastern Suburbs cemetery / crematorium or in the Ryerson data base Didnt marry in NSW to 1959 Hopefully SKS can look up the NSW electoral rolls from 2004 and maybe track him down Bye MargM NSW Central Coast

G'Day Tom, Have checked the current Australian Electoral Roll, still listed as at the same address, no other LANCASHIRE at this address. It is possible he moved away and not informed the AEC or does not want to make contact. Regards, Allan
