Me and my cousin are looking for information on a Henry Lowry Bradshaw and she has found that there is a entry in the NSW Police Gazette 1883. Hi Chris, A lot of the Police Gazettes have been digitised by Archive CD Books (now under the umbrella of Gould).Some have been submitted to World Vital Records: http://www.worldvitalrecords.com although this is a subscription service and there doesn't seem to be a "pay per view" service. The entry for Henry Lowry BRADSHAW is actually an extract from Victorian Police Gazettes and this year of Victorian Gazettes has not been digitised.
