    3. Hi Sue and list Anything with LO in it sounds like "Loyal Orange". Loyal Orange Lodge (LOL) was/is a unit of the Loyal Orange Institution of NSW. Usually associated with Methodism and Free Masonry. Nowadays a more benign registered charity running nursing homes. Usually written with the lodge number after the abbreviation LOL. For example: New Lambton LOL 279, Adamstown LOL 28, Wallsend LOL 258.
