Hi Dianne, I can only think she was Catholic but chose to be married alongside an Anglican spouse, or other non-Catholic family members. A non-Catholic spouse or close family members can be buried in a Catholic cemetery, so I assume the reserve is also possible. Or she converted to Catholocism after marriage but chose to be buried with her Anglican parents? Cheers Trish Nowra NSW > Hi > I have a death certificate for a Caroline Sullivan, died 1896.
