Hi List, I have Shipping record Ticket of leave and Conditional Pardon for Henry Palmer, arrived here 1833 on the " Lord Lyndoch", given a Life Sentence for sheep stealing. As I am unable at the moment to get to the library for a few weeks, I am hoping someone could maybe find his wife Elizabeth coming to Australia either on the " Star of the East" in 1853 with their son John Palmer, or more likely earlier. Henry was in the Casino area on Tomki Station until his death. I do know that Henry Palmer and Elizabeth ??? married in Lancaster between 1828/1830 but so far have not been able to locate their marriage, so am hoping somehow to at least get Elizabeth's arrival here.
