    1. [AUS-NSW] Mudgee email address----Library and Museum
    2. jmglover
    3. Good evening everyone, I've been trying to make contact with someone in Mudgee who could help me find out what resources are at the Museum and Library, and any other historical place. Could anyone help me with am email address for the Library please? I've tried to write to the Library via the Mid-Western Regional Council, they said they would send the message on, but I've written twice over a couple of weeks, and had no reply, same with a letter this week to someone at the Museum. My g/g.father, John Richardson McWilliam was owner/part-owner/journalist with the "Western Post" from 1875-1884, and I'm coming down to Mudgee to find out something about where he lived, and hope to read over some of the newspapers, if there are any in the Museum etc. Also, a daughter died there in 1875, I'd like to find her grave. I'd appreciate any help you can give, Cheers, Jill Brisbane.

    3. Hallo from the "Far North Tropical Coast" (Lat 17.5s Long 146.1e) Hi to All, I am seeking info please, on when and what ship the following family might have arrived on. Probably from Scotland to New South Wales in the period 1842-1861. SHIELL Margaret Foord; Elspeth Trotter, George Patterson; Janet Abbey; William Trotter. Parents were George Shiell and Margaret Abbey. George Shiell apparently worked as a warden in a prison in NSW before the family departed by bullock waggon for South Australia. They had arrived in that State by 1862. Any detail or referrals would be appreciated. Find your facts and count your blessings Dean Newman, North Queensland Australia.
