    3. Hello Val Today I only have speculation on George's parents. His death record states his father is George Bryan. I think his mother could be Elizabeth Lilley and step father George Boyden who were married in 1807 also in St John's Parramatta Church. Incidentally, George was a missionary with Rev Lawry of the Wesleyan Methodist Missionary Society to the Friendly Islands 1822-1825. 3. Hi, Perhaps it has changed its name. I went to school at St Joseph's in Albert Street Woolahra. It may be actually Edgecliff as it was closer to the Edgecliff shops than the Woolahra shops. St. Joseph's in Albert Street was run by the Sisters of Charity in the 1950s and there was certainly a church there at that time - I made my First Communion at that church. The school was on both sides of the street, Kindergarten and the convent on one side and the rest of the school and the church on the other side of Albert Street.
