Hello listers I have a parish burial record [Burials in the Parish of St John's Parramatta in the County of Cumberland] of a John Smith who died 1871 aged 71, whom I think may be our missing John Smith, b 1800 in Essex, transported in 1820, married at St John's Parramatta in 1827. The place of death was the Govt. Benevolent Asylum and most of the burials on this page of the parish records were inmates of the GB Asylum. Can anyone help with where I can access these records please or any thoughts on where I may be able to find further information on John Smith's death. His wife Ann died at Prospect in 1843 and is buried in St John's cemetery although there is no headstone. Thank you for any advice. Cheers Joan

In 1858 Lawrence helped his brother Francis and wife Catherine to come to Australia from England they also lived for some time at Windsor and their first child Mary was born at Windsor in May 1858 then in 1884 at the Benevolent Asylum she had a daughter Madeline then sometime after when I presume Madeline was about 10I think Mary died have been unable to find Mary's death. Madeline went to live with her Aunt Ellen in Reefton. Then in May 1863 at O'Connell Plains near Bathurst they had Ellen married in 1892 James Riley and again I have been unable to find James Riley. I would love to hear from anyone that is a descendants or can help me find the three Byrne/Byrnes brothers or can help me with anything else. Kind Regards Chris Baldivis, WA
