It was contributed by descendants of the pioneers, so by no means is a complete listing of pre 1920 residents. The Cairns & Districrt Family History Society, PO Box 5069, CAIRNS, QUEENSLAND, 4870, printed the booklet about 4 years ago, so maybe they still have some copies left.
