Hi list I have a Herman BIRR from Charters Towers (originaly Pommern, Prussia) that moved to Ingham / Halifax District around 1941 & married Nellie May ADAMS in 1921. Herman had sisters that married into the WILKINSON, FULTON, JENKINS, CASTLES families in Ingham area. Herman died on 18/11/1951 Can any one help me with information on these families. The BIRR name was changed to BURR and on some records is spelt as BERR (During WW1 Hermann enlisted as Harry DURR) I have most of the BIRR records & I am looking for help on the other families.
