Dear List Members, We received great assistance from Werona Armstrong, Jan Barber annd Carolyn Campbell earlier this year which provided the news (to us!) that Oxford UK born Arthur EARL married Mary Catherine CAMPBELL in NQ in 1885. Arthur would have married at around the age of 31. He was in Oxford at the time of the 1871 British Census, but not, apparently, in 1881. We're coming back again to see if anyone can kindly pinpoint how and when Arthur EARL arrived in Australia. Any search hints would be very much appreciated. If anyone out there would like us to do some reciprocal research in Plymouth UK, we'd be glad to try to help. And we have CD and microfiche info sources for Oxford UK that we can search.
