Please visit: http://www.origins.net/EnglishOriginsPR.html to view our Press release. The new site works in much the same way as Scots Origins, but access is £6 (about $8) for 48 hours not 24. Within this time period, users will be able to view and download 150 records with the option to purchase more 'credits' and time if necessary. Hard copies of the source materials can be ordered online for £10 (about $14) as on the Scots Origins site. Users will also be able to take advantage of the FREE surname search before registering. This is to allow customers to determine whether there are any records that will be of interest to them before committing themselves to the £6 search fee.
