Hi everyone, I'm sorry I didn't put enough info. in my letter re death of Jane ORR. She married William ORR in 1833 in Scotland, I think I have her birth in 1813. That's if the parents below are correct. Here are some more details, Jane ORR, nee HUNTER, father Peter, mother Margaret (not proved unequivically). The family that we know of, of William and Jane, all born Scotland Jane ORR (F). B: 27 Oct 1834 Margaret ORR (F)..B: 15 Sep 1836 James ORR (M) C: 15 Dec 1838 Janet ORR (F) B: 21 Mar 1841 Thomas Hunter ORR (M) B: 13 Feb 1843 William ORR (M) B: 13 Feb 1843 There is a George ORR, b.1855, Prahan, Vic., could be theirs. I've been looking for a John, but can't find his birth either. Jane was alive in 1881 when her husband died in Qld. . I'll get the death cert of William ORR, I think, that might help solve the problem of John and George. Many thanks for any help given, Jill.
