It is not. The WW II MANOORA [note spelling] was a merchant vessel converted to an armed merchant cruiser and later landing ship infantry. After carrying out transport duties postwar she returned to merchant service and was eventually disposed of. The current MANOORA is a converted ex US Navy landing ship tank, purchased in the early nineties.
