Dear List, I am seeking family connections to Millicent Sylvia Armstrong, a women who served as an orderly overseas in World War 1. She worked in France and other places with the Scottish Women's Hospitals for Foreign Service. This organisation had at least 14 medical units and field hospitals in places such as Salonika and Serbia. Millicent was originally from the Breadalbane area of NSW and in time became a notable playwright and author. She returned to Australian in 1919. It is stated on records at NAA that she was "non AIF" Regards Selena
