    2. Carol Jackson
    3. Hello everyone I wonder if someone could help me to identify a medal just by its description, a lady sold a Medal supposedly from the second war, the lady did not give me much of a description so here goes Round Silver Bravery in the field possibly white and blue ribbon with perhaps a small thin red strip. Sorry but this is all I have to go on !!!!! Any suggestions would be great Oh she said she sold it to a dealer who must have paid a reasonable sum she apparently need money fairly quickly. Thanks Carol

    3. Carol The Military Medal. A reasonable sum for a Second World War Military Medal would start at $12000 to $15000. 2. Peter Thomas
    3. I note the responses of others. Invariably, the recipient of an MM would be entitled to campaign and other medals. The maximum value of the set is obtained by keeping them together, rather than by separating them. The reverse of a "bulk discount", you might say. Indeed, some would say the value of one medal is diminished by the absence of its companions.
