The Australian Army has recently announced the new badge called ARMY COMBAT BADGE. It is not available to Infantry and does not replace the Infantry Combat Badge but it is available to members of Corps other than Infantry in controlled circumstances. Because eligibility goes back in some cases to 1948 it might be worth interested parties checking to see if the bloke you are researching is eligible. Details at http://www.diggerhistory.info/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1199 Cheers, Ted Harris
