    3. Thank you Carmel, This fellow was given a ToL in Dec 1851 so I'd guess he spent time somewhere prior to Pentridge as his sentence was three years. I have on a few occasions contacted the PROV but have been told that I would need to visit. I am hoping to get to Vic early in 2007. As my father's family all came from Melbourne, my 'to do' list is getting very long!
