Hello to All, My great grandmother lived in Maribyrnong Rd Ascot Vale in 1916 when she was about 19. I have no street number for the address but a name 'Kurrachee'. Would anyone on the list know if this was an institution of some description such as a hospice or orphanage etc or would it more likely be just a private residence? If anyone is from that area I would love to know if it still exists and if so, what street number it is. Her parents were both dead at that stage and I'm trying to work out who she was living with.
