Leanne If you go back into the site there is a list Apply; search for history indexes, download an image to your printer etc go to download image... which will take you to collect images, you can then put in the image collection reference number which should then take you to a page which will show you the certificate reference, you should be able to click on that. but then you may need to click on something else, this area seems a little clunky. You need adobe acrobat reader to be able to download. Remember to save it to your hard drive before printing, that way you will have a digital copy as well.
